Request the Band
The U.S. Army Europe Band and Chorus represents USAREUR at official events and community and international events and supports community and international relations.
Requests must be submitted no later than 110 days prior to the event. More information about policy and procedures for scheduling the USAREUR Band and Chorus can be found in Army in Europe (AE) Regulations 220-90 and 10-3. If you submit a request under 110 days, please refer to AE Reg 10-3, para 6.b.(1) and (2) under late requests.
All USAG requests must be submitted to the IMCOM-E G3:
usarmy.badenwur.usareur.list.band-and-chorus-request@mail.mil
Otherwise, requests for military ceremonies/events need to be submitted by e-mail through your major support command's G3 section to USAREUR Central Taskings Branch (CTB):
usarmy.badenwur.usareur.list.band-and-chorus-request@mail.mil
