Best Warrior, Junior Officer to be announced, Aug. 16

HEIDELBERG, Germany -- The winners for the U.S. Army Europe’s Best Warrior and Best Junior Officer competitions for 2012 will be announced here, at the Patrick Henry Village Pavilion, Aug. 16.

The competitions challenged the participants’ military knowledge, warrior skills and endurance during a nearly non-stop, five-day event.

The winning Soldier and noncommissioned officer of Best Warrior will go on to compete, for the title of U.S. Army Best Warrior for 2012, Oct. 15 through the 18 at Fort Lee, Va.
