Native American Heritage Month luncheon scheduled Nov. 29

HEIDELBERG, Germany -- The U.S. Army Europe Equal Opportunity Office will host a Native American luncheon Nov. 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Campbell Barracks Dining Facility in Heidelberg.

Native American cultural exhibits are also on display at the Patrick Henry Village Library and School Aged Services building in the Community Support Center here.

“We want to express our thanks and gratitude for sacrifices and contributions American Indian Soldiers and civilians have made to the success of our Army and nation,” said U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Raymond T. Odierno.
