HEIDELBERG, Germany -- Soldiers and Army Civilians have an opportunity to participate in the 2011 Army Profession Campaign Survey II until Dec. 15.

The results from the survey will be compiled into a report, which will be used as an assessment of the state of the Army after 10 years of persistent conflict. The report will be given to senior Army leaders in early 2012.

Throughout the past 10 months, since the start of the first Army Profession Campaign Survey, Soldiers and Army Civilians have partnered with the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic through a variety of forums to produce data and insights that will result in the Army Profession Report.

The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and is a key component to the senior leader report.

Soldiers and Army civilians can participate in the survey by visiting .
