U.S. Army Europe Customs Offices are the United States European Command's direct representative in supervising and managing the U.S. Customs Border Clearance Agency Program in the European theater and for customs enforcement/ services in Germany.

U.S. Customs services are available to Department of Defense employees and their dependents (military or civilian) or contractors that are authorized logistical support under the Status of Forces Agreement. Only those with valid Department of Defense identification cards and Status of Forces Agreement stamps or cards are authorized to utilize these services.

For questions on whether or not you are authorized to use U.S. Customs services in Europe, contact the local field office. Operating hours for field offices are normally 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. All field offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday and U.S. Federal holidays. Please call before visiting a field office.
