KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany - Newly appointed U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain (1st Lt.) Gabriel Pech, 7th Mission Support Command, receives the Army Chaplain cross from his wife, Hannah, while the U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains, Chaplain (Maj. Gen.) Thomas L.
