Civic Leader Engagement Program

The U.S. Army Europe Civic Leader Engagement Program, or CLEP, provides quarterly opportunities for groups to visit the headquarters at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Germany. The program welcomes such organizations as chambers of commerce, universities, think tanks and civic organizations.

If your organization is interested in a CLEP engagement, the first step is to fill out the CLEP Request Form. Once you've submitted your request a representative from our Public Affairs Office will contact you to coordinate the visit.
